About Ubong
Since 2022, I've helped evolve LoftOS at Innoloft, a multi-tenant platform thousands of organizations rely on to manage relationships across customers, partners, and communities. I take unclear requirements through rollout, iteration, and support, improving architecture while delivery continues and balancing UX ambition with platform constraints.
Production frontend failures are rarely isolated rendering problems. They surface where state ownership, data contracts, accessibility, and recovery paths meet under real product pressure. I make those boundaries explicit, and operate across APIs, performance, security, and mobile parity where the product surface demands it.
Shaping product surfaces and shared foundations that remain predictable as requirements change.
Writing about ownership boundaries, failure modes, and product decisions behind shipped interfaces.
Testing how auto-drafted engineering updates can remain traceable to the work that supports them.
